This residential project includes the redesign of an existing house and yard to represent the owner's taste and vision. The re-design involved the rear elevation of the house, pool, pool house, potting shed and a formal garden.

The redesign of the roof of the existing house helped eliminate some water problems from the past.
The pool house now stands as a focal point on axis with the main house and pool. It houses a hot tub, shower, water element and also conceals the potting shed and pool equipment area.  The formal garden is centered around a water sculpture. It is flanked by a bench with gas lanterns.
