We were excited when Seville Quarter asked us to rehabilitate one of their historic buildings.  This building sits across the street from their famous establishment.  The new building will feature a restaurant, 2 new office spaces, and a conference center.

The building comprises 8,000 square feet and is a vital structure to the Historic Pensacola area.  We carefully designed the new elements to respond to the original building but incorporate the new technologies that our clients need.
