This was a very interesting project for MAD. The owner purchased a house that was slated for demolition. We were able to orchestrate a plan to move the house to another property. Once relocated, the house was transformed into an office building.

Existing House

This is a picture of the existing house. Built in 1927, the house had great bones but was definitely an eyesore.

This is a picture of the house in transit to the new property. The journey was about 3-4 miles with a destination of downtown Pensacola.
