ENERGY SAVINGS: Bounds Architecture Studio recently announced the creation of "Bounds Green Report," a new program designed to help area homeowners reduce their impact on the environment and improve the energy-efficiency of their homes.

The program includes a site visit by a licensed Bounds architect, who will analyze the home's current conditions and document areas for potential improvement. The final report will detail steps that can be taken to improve the home's energy efficiency, along with the estimated cost of the improvements and the projected annual savings to the homeowner.

Bounds Architecture Studio recently changed its name from MAD Architects and opened a new office at 317 North Spring St. The firm is currently working on several major projects in Pensacola, including the Shops of East Hill revitalization on 12th Avenue and the new Nature Trail development on Nine Mile Road.
