Featured Project

This recently completed commercial renovation project includes a complete redesign of an existing shopping center. The original building was constructed in the 1950s. In order to remain a viable and attractive place to shop and work, it needed both functional and aesthetic improvements.  In addition to the rehabilitation of the existing structure, a 7000 square foot building has been constructed on site, housing more commercial space. The new center has helped breathe new life into both the existing building and an already improving neighborhood.

We have designed a new look for the center that has changed both how the building is viewed from the street and how people use the facility. The resulting building creates a flexible and attractive environment for shoppers and tenants alike.

Another major portion of the planning of this project involves the planning of parking and circulation. This site is functionally connected to the neighboring property. In the site planning phase, we were able to provide the client a variety of site planning strategies in order to make the best organizational configuration.
